Q: What service do you offer?
A: We are a procedural office specializing in immigration law. Although we do not appear in court, we support foreigners with document preparation and procedures. We handle a wide range of administrative procedures, including visa and naturalization applications. Also, for those who wish to apply for a management visa, company establishment, contract writing, license applications, handle loan applications to financial institutions and real estate contracts etc. However, there are some services we cannot handle, so please ask for details.

A: Consultations by phone, video call, or face to face will incur a consultation fee. Please feel free to chat with us first to let us know your details.

A: If you send us a copy of your previous renewal permit application, we will diagnose the problem. If you don't have it on hand, the Immigration Bureau can order it for you.(Paid service).
Please note that a designated activity visa while applying for refugee status is a visa for waiting for the results, so the maximum period is six months.

A: In principle, technical intern trainees are not allowed to change their residence status. This is because technical intern trainees are tasked with receiving training in Japan, learning skills, and then transferring those skills back to their home countries. Although there are exceptions, the procedure requires the cooperation and understanding of your affiliated institution or supervisory organization with which you have a contract. Please contact us through your workplace.
